Delivery

Prices include insured delivery within the UK by the most appropriate method.Enquiries from outside the UK - please email to discuss delivery charges before ordering.

Orders

Orders can be made by email or by using the paypal 'buy now' buttons. Please ensure your order includes the price and title of the artwork required and in the case of inkjet photographic prints, the exact size required in mm. For professionally printed photographs please specify size, laminate finish and framing details (see photography info page). The order should include a delivery address and contact telephone number. Orders will be acknowledged by email as soon as possible, usually within two working days. Holiday periods may cause a delay in response - details will appear on the website.

Payment

Payment can be made through paypal or, in the UK, by personal cheque. Please specify payment method when ordering. Artworks will be dispatched only after receipt of payment.

Returns

In the event of dissatisfaction, please notify me by email within 7 days of receiving the artwork. To obtain a refund, the artwork must be returned to me in its original condition by an appropriate insured method within 14 days. The refunded amount will be the price minus postage.
